Matt Skinner’s Best Pinot under $20 in Australia
Fruit was grown on carefully managed, low cropping, vineyards in Marlborough’s Wairau Valley. With a little help from Mother Nature the fruit ripened to produce an outstanding example of Marlborough Pinot Noir, packed full of flavours. Succulent dark cherry and raspberry fruit aromas combine with a hint of underlying spicy oak on the nose. The palate consists of finely balanced ripe tannins, oak and sweet berry fruits. Excellent structure, the wine finishes smooth and elegant.
Cellar: drinking well now and will improve over the next 2 -7 years.
