Here’s Nirvana in a Pinot Gris. Aromas of baked yellow apples and rose petals dominate the nose. It’s just slightly off-dry with a little spritz in the mouth feel. Citrus, tropical fruit and ripe pears play like a fiddle on the palate and the clean refreshing taste sends you back for another sip. With a pinch of spice on the finish, it’s a fabulous wine, perfect for warm weather. Try a seafood salad and crusty bread with this. Julie Stock
