Reserve Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

Influenced by Marlborough’s memorable style, we’ve created an exuberant Reserve Sauvignon Blanc from Dillons Point, the most expressive subregion. Grown in alluvial soils with coastal influences, this wine has a unique salty minerality, ripe tropical and stone fruit flavours with impressive palate weight. Wrapped up with a mouth-watering finish, this is our very own signature style.

WINEMAKING 

2026 rewarded preparation, precision and pace. After a cooler mid-season slowed ripening, fine autumn conditions unlocked outstanding flavour development and balance. Careful vineyard stewardship and a coordinated harvest ensured every vineyard was picked at its optimum ripeness, producing wines with remarkable purity, concentration and a vibrant sense of place. Our grapes were immediately pressed, minimising skin contact, allowing us to capture expressive aromatics and vibrant flavours. We use a variety of yeasts for fermentation to provide palate weight and complexity.
