Nestled in the premium sub-region of Dillons Point in Marlborough. Over hundreds and thousands of years, persistent flooding has deposited shallow topsoil over the heavy clay pan soils underneath. This topsoil holds all the nutrients for our Sauvignon Blanc vines while the clay pan restricts the vines, creating concentrated, unique, tropical flavours. Cool easterlies extend the ripening period helping develop powerful tropical aromatics and juicy palate weight with an underlying saltiness.
